What you will do
- Own a section of 10–12 tables during lunch and dinner
- Take orders on the tablet and explain dishes to guests
- Guide stewards and food runners in your section
- Handle guest requests and complaints calmly
- Check every bill and table before guests leave
What we need
- 2 or more years as captain or senior steward in a restaurant, hotel or cafe
- Speak Telugu, plus Hindi or English
- Neat, polite and good with guests
